Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodbridge by IHG

Check in was easy. Upon entering the hotel, it smelled good and looked clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Ayesha and Michael were very professional and accommodating. The front desk lady Ayesha was extremely nice, and she was so funny. I loved her spirit. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and the beds were so soft and extremely comfortable. Thank you for a great stay and experience and thank you Michael and especially Ayesha. We need more dedicated front desk people like you guys

Front desk were polite and accommodated my wants/needs. Check in was quick. Room off of first look was great. Bed was comfortable! Shower was hot and pressure was great! It was mostly very very quiet, which was what I needed/wanted. I would definitely return probably in the near future. One of the better HIE I’ve stayed in.

Positive: Bed was very comfortable Negative: Very musty smell, not super clean. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it. This visit was not good. I will not be staying here again

So I must say that this hotel was amazing. I didnt have the room here but I stayed with my family. Food great. Hotel was clean. My room was amazing. The staff was friendly and nice but the front desk lady at night Iesha, She went above and to mars to help and be accommodating. She made sure me and my family were comfortable and we talked. She was so extremely nice. My mother loved her. Nevertheless the pool also was nice. To Whom This May Concern, IESHA is amazing and a rare at hotels. Never let her go or I will not be coming back. JK but no seriously lol

I was so extremely happy with my stay here. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is was really good. Checking in was easy and fast. Plus the front desk lady Ayesha was amazing. She knew where to eat and knew of some fun in the area. She was funny and relatable. If not because of how noce nad clean the hotel was, Ayesha will make me come back for sure
