Horrible… I am a business traveler and have stayed at Marriott’s for over 30 years and have over 2000+ nights. This trip was with my family and I have never been so upset about a stay and lack of quality that I put my family through. This hotel should not be branded as a Marriott, it should be branded as a Super 8 or Motel 6. The owners obviously do not care about the property, it is stuck back in 1994. Just a few of the issues: there are no power outlets by the bed, not even a radio. I had to run a USB cable from the desk area to charge my phone. The nightstand on the other side of the bed is an end table from the living area. There was some type of pink spray on the wall paper… Luminol?? The staff was the best part of the visit at this hotel. Everyone I encountered was great. Check-in was quick and easy. Got to the room and door would not open with key cards. Called the front desk and was told that sometimes the handle has to be jiggled. Said it was not working for me, and they came to help. Before they arrived, my dad was able to get in. The difficulty getting into the room continued for the duration of the 3-night stay. We were never able to enter immediately unless a family member was already inside to let us in. The bathroom is separated into two rooms, with the toilet separated from the main sink and bathtub. This is second time using the hotel. Close to wide choice of restaurant, fast food and mall. The rooms were clean big and nice. The front desk stuff was very helpful for us. Everyone was phenomenal from breakfast staff, to tech team and cleaners. Rochelle especially accommodated our needs, was professional and polite. The meeting rooms were great and sound proof if the doors are properly locked. I will go back again and I recommend to others.

We had a good weekend stay- the front desk team was very nice and helpful. The location is a little off the path. The rooms were ok. Two queens and a sofa bed were enough for a family of five. The bathroom set up was a little weird as the toilet and bath are separated. That might a good thing? Breakfast was good as well. Overall a good place for an overnight stay for rest and recharge.

February 8–February 12. On the second day of my stay, I began developing bites, which were later clinically diagnosed by a medical provider as bed bug bites. I reported the issue immediately and completed an incident report with the hotel at that time. Due to the situation, I was moved out of my original room and ultimately had to leave the property and relocate to another hotel in order to complete my work trip. I later learned that a third-party inspection reported no active findings; however, this inspection appears to have taken place days after I had already been moved and left the property. The experience resulted in medical treatment, personal expenses, and significant stress during a work-related stay. Additionally, when my office manager contacted the property to request a refu
