Sleep Inn Woodbridge - Potomac Mills

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were outclass clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast with its fresh and delicious variety. The staff was very helpful, and a special thanks to Sherry at the front desk for being so friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended

Price was reasonable. Location was good-on the right side of DC when southward bound. The bed mattress has seen its better days and needs to be retired. The HVAC unit was largely in effective at either raising or lowering the temp. On the other hand, it was very noisy. There was no coffee available in the morning at breakfast. The coffee machine was labelled "out of order-sorry" and someone had placed a single cup, coffee in an envelop make on the coffee stand. I didn't see anyone use it. Some scrambled eggs in the breakfast pan were warm, some were cold.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank the Front Desk Manager Sheri for their outstanding service and kindness. After a long and tiring day of travel, I arrived feeling stressed. The Front Desk Manager noticed this right away. They welcomed me warmly, checked me in quickly, and spoke in a calm and caring way. That simple moment made me feel comfortable and valued.

Our stay at the hotel was truly pleasant. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was great, and everything was well organized. A special mention to Sharry, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. His professionalism and kindness made our experience even better. Highly recommended.
