Very clean , quite, be d was so comfortable and the view was beautiful,everyone was friendly we enjoyed our stay

This is a new property that is well appointed and maintained. The star however is the level of customer service. Every employee we encountered went above and beyond—-special recognition goes to Joaquin who normally works at a different property but was helping out at this location and Kisha who checked us out. They were kind, professional, and helpful! The guy who managed the kitchen (don’t know his name) was friendly, engaging and efficient with the breakfast. Everything was fresh, well stocked and clean. || Comfortable night stay.||10/10 experience overall.

Exceeded expectations. Large, bright, quiet room, superbly equipped. Staff were helpful and kind. Free breakfast, basic but enough to get you on the road. Adjoining sports bar did a mean burger and a good drinks selection; great service from Amanda. Short stroll to many good places to eat and the Riverside walk.

We stayed at this location over the weekend and I had to say, the staff was really great. Andrew at the front desk was amazing. Sweet and helpful every time I saw him!! Bob the GM is a true prince!! I highly recommend this location if you need to stay in the Jax/Riverside Area!! The restaurant downstairs is awesome as well!

This hotel is quite new (2023?) and as a result, most areas and amenities were in relatively perfect condition. The room was comfy and offered a fully fitted kitchenette with a full-sized fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc. The room was clean and comfy. Easy parking. Restaurants within walking distance. All good!
