We have been here for about a week and my husband will be here for another week at least unless he decides to leave sooner. We are on the fourth floor and I’ve got to tell you I have two complaints The shower? It sucks I mean how expensive is a showerhead to give your consumers a decent shower? There are many many many of us out here, with hair so thick that your shower head cannot penetrate. I am one of those women and I’ve gotta tell you it rivaled one of the worst showers of my 52 years Being from the Pacific Northwest, the water faucets are absolutely backwards. I have been at the Home2 in Ridgeland, MS since June 2025 for work and I have been very happy with my stay. The location is very safe, quiet and convenient. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The inside, outside and amenities are kept clean. The laundry has always worked perfectly. They have installed new grills which are really nice and high quality. It has been a great home away from home which is why I will continue to stay for a few more months until my project comes to an end toward the end of year.

I gave a one star for primarily 3 reasons. One: I am a business traveler who pays for the room and is reimbursed. Unlike ANY other Hilton property I have stayed in, this location charged my Credit Card "When I Checked In", not at check out, which causes me to carry a higher balance than normal for a longer period of time. 2: Asian Lady Beetles. This place is infested. My original room became so bad, the ceiling had them crawling all over the place. I requested that Maintenance spray and clean up the dead bugs, but they did not show up. I was moved to a different room, which was better, but I still ended up killing between 4 and 5 dozen for the week. 3. The two treadmills were down for the entire two weeks I was there. I asked on day one and they submitted to have them fixed, but i

I booked on booking.com 3 week prior to my visit. They had us in a room that was not the size I requested. We were exhausted from travel and being at a state championship tournament all day.Ms. Joy immediately fixed the problem and apologized numerous times. She was very sweet and helpful. Amazing customer service!
