AC Hotel Jackson Ridgeland

Great hotel! GREAT, friendly staff! CLEAN, comfortable rooms with no carpet - yay! (No microwaves in the rooms but they do have one on each floor.) As soon as you walk in it smells fantastic (I love this about Marriott hotels - their fragrance is amazing) And the lavender by the elevators every night is such a special touch. Great location! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. (Anjou right next door was spectacular!) My only suggestion would be when you upgrade the refrigerators add freezer space.

I want to give a special shoutout and thank you to Decorah at the front desk. During my stay, she immediately jumped into action to help a guest who had fallen in the elevator, showing genuine care, urgency, and professionalism. Even beyond that moment, she was incredibly kind and attentive to me throughout my entire visit. Her compassion and willingness to help others truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Decorah is a wonderful representative of the hotel, and her service did not go unnoticed. Thank you for making the stay a great one.

Stayed for a conference across the street at Westin Peachtree. Great room. Good free breakfast. Great parking. Very close to some nice restaurants. Staff was wonderfully helpful throughout my stay. I have zero complaints.

Positive: The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Negative: The hotel bedroom doors shut, slammed, extremely loudly. Doors slamming all night kept waking me up. The doors are too loud. And I sleep with the earplugs in!

We love staying at the AC Ridgeland. The staff is amazing - Morgan went above and beyond at the front desk. I would come back for service alone. The location is convenient (bonus: I love a morning walk around the lake); and the rooms are both comfortable and beautiful. Thanks to Morgan, staff, and the incredible AC team!
