Excellent place when i first arrived, got the room ive paid for. Nice and quiet and in a convenient area for travelers who work. Been here for about a month now, now it seems they have hired new personal, the biggest change ive seen is my room doesnt get cleaned everyday unlike when I first arrived. Highly upset at this and they offer room service so late in the afternoon now. The previous housekeeping people were on point. WHERE DID THEY GO???? My other issue of late is there is kids running around above my room at 3am. Longstory short, im thinking of moving to a different location. I will save yall a trip and say drive past this place. It was good but now its bad. Thank God im here temporarily for work.

Room was good for the price and the beds were very comfortable. Room was pretty clean. Noise was never an issue. Lady at the front desk at check in.......Not one bit of friendliness.

When we arrived to our room there was glitter and white sticky residue on the sheets. We asked for another room but the front desk guy said no rooms were available. When we asked for hotels in the area they were all booked. We asked the guy to come change the sheets, and he said he didn’t have anyone. The front desk person came and took the sheet off the bed. Threw it onto the other bed and brought a comforter handed it to us and patted on the mattress pad stating you can sleep here this is fine. We asked for another comforter at least and different pillow cases. The front desk guy went and got another employee and brought him to our room and tried to explain the situation in another language. The two men proceeded to yell at each other for 6-7min in our room. A very awkward situation. Whe

Loitering outside room all night, loud talking and gathering of people. The handicap rooms wasn't accessible toilet or shower. It was very hard to get up from the low toilet, my spouse had to use a gait belt to help me up from the toilet. There was only a hand rail on one side of the normal toilet. The shower didn't have a long hose or a handicap bench to sit and shower. I couldn't bathe for three days. The bed spread gave my husband bed bites, I didn't sleep under the bed spread and didn't receive bed bites. The sidewalk was dangerous for the wheelchair entrance, it was literally on a hill. The worst place for disabled persons trying to enter on a slanting entry way. I had help from several people to just pick up my wheelchair and put on the sidewalk to my room.
