Embassy Suites by Hilton Jackson North Ridgeland

I must leave a review to express how wonderful the hotel and staff were. We had two nights at this beautiful hotel and it was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully decorated not the traditional Embassy Suite style square and all the doors face the center. I love they did their own thing and went outside the box. The waterfall in the entrance is a great touch. The rooms are decorated contemporary modern look. Very comfortable bed. First hotel I’ve stayed in that supply a black soft makeup removal towel. Very nice touch. They don’t have irons but they have a very nice easy to use steamer that worked very well. Let’s talk about the breakfast area very chic and modern. We stayed at this Embassy in March when it was under renovation. They were very accommodating at that time and although there were services not available due to the renovations all was well. We therefore booked the Embassy for out next trip out for Wed., Aug. 6, checkout Friday, Aug. 8. We were assured the rooms were fully renovated, and they were quite nice, but the lobby was totally closed down. A few hours after our arrival we noticed the lights were not all working some were on in one room some off in the other. In the wee hours of the morning of Thursday, Aug. 7, the power went out, but had returned when we woke up to go on our outing. We stayed for close to two weeks and it was truly wonderful. When staying at a hotel for longer than a week it can be a bit overwhelming but the staff were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff make sure we had everything we needed daily. The location was perfect when getting to local dining as well as shopping. Dining was top notch breakfast was delicious thank you Ms. Crystal you make the best omelets. The daily evening receptions was a great touch. Positive: I always love the hotel bar and made to order omelets Negative: My up channel button didn't work on my living room remote but I have the hilton honors app with TV control features which was nice to have.

Embassy has always been a top-notch hotel for us, especially this stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed after we had an issue with a different hotel's booking. We arrived very late(10pm) due to checking into another hotel and finding out that the room we booked didn't accommodate as many people as it said it did. We have a family of 5 and at that hotel they did not have a couch or pull out bed available in the room, nor any rooms that could accommodate us. We were able to get a refund, but then were left without a place to stay for the night and it was already after 9pm. Luckily, Embassy wasn't far away and had open accommodations for us. They upgraded our room complimentary and made us feel extra welcome after having such an upsetting issue at the previous hotel. Our r
