Holiday Inn Express Jackson - Ridgeland, an IHG Hotel

Was really impressed with how clean our room smelled. Having stayed in more than or fair shares of hotels, this one was by far the cleanest smelling locations I've stayed at. If in the area again, will definitely be back. The morning staff were amazing!

We stay here fairly often as it's convenient for seeing our family. Generally a nice hotel, although a little expensive for what you get. The room was clean, towels were thin and exactly two of each size, no extras. Breakfast was just okay. On Saturday night, we asked the front desk person for late checkout on Sunday (a noon checkout) which she said was no problem. All while not getting up from the couch in the lobby where she was on her phone. We left Sunday morning for a quick breakfast with our grandchildren, then returned at 11 to find we were locked out of our room. The front desk person said that was the way the system worked, that she could not reactivate our key, and had to come to our room to let us in, but did verify that we had late checkout. No apology for us being locked out o

Had conference meetings and we met in the lobby and business meeting room, both places well kept and sufficient. Place is very well kept and professional. While I didn't stay in their rooms, my host said he was very pleased and would recommend on future travels to this area. The coffee in the lobby is amazing.

Check in representative was extremely helpful with a duplicate booking error. Also the employee who manned the breakfast area was friendly, courteous and very of cleanliness! Great experience! Will stay again.

The hotel looks very new, as do its rooms; however, something happened during the week with the service that affected our entire audit team. We stayed for six days, and for three days there was no internet. Additionally, on the last day there was no breakfast, and we had to leave for the airport. That shouldn't happen.
