I arrived at Carolina mobile home park just before a storm came in which stirred up the sugar ants. During the storm a rotten limb came down and struck the door for the generator. Fortunately the damage was minimal and easy to repair myself. I’m just glad I didn’t loose a window. Aside from the unfortunates this was a great Rv/mobile home park. It was well maintained and I felt safe no matter where I walked my dogs in the park. The girls loved the abundance of squirrels and cats. They kept the girls entertained throughout the day and night. This was an affordable place to stay and I would gladly stay there again. Thank you Steve and Steve.

Awesome place to live. Lots of ants and water has been shut off maybe two times but turned back on same day. But overall it's in a convient place for everything. Very very quiet. Kid friendly and dog friendly. Very laxed

Lived here for 7 months, nice big lots well maintained, Steve the manager is great and willing to help out. Almost no crime in the park. Good neighbors except for the AFB kind of quiet. Will definitely recommend long term stays only

Moved here to save money. So far it's OK except we have been over run by ants!!! People seem nice. Helpful staff.

It looked a bit rundown for campsites but seemed quiet,l very rough driveways
