They are rude and will steal your money. After prepaying online, they made me pay another 13 dollars when I arrived. They also requested a 50 dollar deposit. I fought to get the $13 back. Now, for spite, they are illegally holding my $50 deposit. I suspect they are using my deposit for drugs. Avoid this place, as you will need to take legal action to get your money back. I fully intend to take all legal means to get my money back. They picked the wrong person to steal from, this time. I will not only get my $50 back, but I will continue to go public about their thievery. They need to be out of business.

Room smelt, like mobile rooms for ran down. The staff wasn't on point and paying attention to the booking details. Absolutely. A horrible, horrible place to sthe TV.|| Didn't work the refrigerator didn't work? This place should be condemned and booking.com and also priceline. Are in one in the tend to do nothing. How can you have people loitering outside of the hotel drug being sold on the property people's ordering? Just doing the most right in front of the security as they do their rounds. Unbelievable I would like to have my money back. Nobody should have to be subjected to being on vacation and be subjected to gunfire. As you ride by, thank God, none of those bullets hit me. And then there are allowing people to have parties in the room door wide open. This is right download way. Aw

I’ve stayed at Home 1 a few times a few years back and the safety was horrible, the management was nasty, the rooms were half cleaned. Recently I went back after hearing they are under new management. I would like to say Home 1 was super quiet, the quality of the mattress is better than Hilton!! I met them GM at check in she was very sweet and respectful, she greeted me at the door, insured I had the perfect room for me and guaranteed any complaints and she will handle them personally! Housekeeping was great!!! The shower pressure was amazing, the cleaning was 10/10, service was provided at my request and even better compared to past visits the rooms were super cozy and impressionably clean. Home 1 has made a phenomenal transition!! The new general manager Ava is immaculate her customer service and the way she handles the building is amazing. She’s a people’s persons very helpful she listens and goes above and beyond for us ! Me and my family stayed at the home 1 for 5 days we had great room service the parking lot and grounds were clean and tidy. The wash rooms were clean and free of trash and clutter . Thank you Mrs.Ava for a great stay ! We Will be returning

The room was the worst I've been in here in Jacksonville. The bed was a food up bed that was so uncomfortable that you could feel every spring. There was a leak somewhere. It was coming out from the bottom of the wall. The whole bathroom has a soggy floor. The woman who rented to me was wonderful. The lady I reported the leak to asked me what I wanted her to do about it. She was awful.
