Holiday Inn Kansas City Airport by IHG

I had a great stay at this hotel! The team was very friendly from start to finish, and check-in was quick and seamless. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming right away. Breakfast was good with several different selections to choose from, and the coffee was decent — definitely enough to get the day started. Check-out was even easier than check-in, which I really appreciated. I also decided to leave my car there while catching my flight and took advantage of the shuttle service. The gentleman driving the shuttle was wonderful — friendly, entertaining, and made the ride genuinely enjoyable. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would absolutely stay here again!

This is a good hotel for the price. Jodi at the front desk was so courteous and professional. She provided me a warm welcome and an excellent check-in experience. The hotel was clean, but the microwave in my room was not functioning well. And there’s not enough lighting in the room near the desk TV area. However, Ana did an awesome job with the complimentary breakfast! Very high marks for the staff.

I had to cancel my flight and get a hotel room because I got sick. The staff here were very accommodating. They scheduled the shuttles for me and even came up at 10 o’clock at night to bring me toilet paper and garbage bags when I requested them. The room was also very nice. Thanks for your hospitality!

Comfortable and quiet close to the airport with shuttle service. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant staff and hamburgers are great ! The old TVs are the only thing about the room I found that could use updated but other than that it was a great stay.

I stayed here for on October 19 for one night. The customer service, restaurant and room was Awesome. The check in was easy and service and quality of food in the restaurant was great. I had to drop my rental car off at the Hertz rental car location and their shuttle came and took me back, which was a nice touch. I had a 4 am shuttle appointment to take to catch my flight back to Delaware. The shuttle driver’s both were very friendly and their customer service was a 10. I will stay there again when visiting KC
