Holiday Inn Jacksonville E 295 Baymeadows by IHG

This hotel is a modern and new addition to the area, built within the last decade. It exudes a sense of safety and comfort. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the jacuzzi and pool area are a delightful addition. However, I’m deducting a star from the review because the shower water was consistently lukewarm. If the water becomes hot during my next visit, I’ll gladly add the star back to the review.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Happy to be able to stay overnight. Great customer service, hustle Free check in Justin was amazing. He greeted us with respect, very kind and ensured we had everything we needed. Our check out representative was fantastic and attentive. We enjoyed our Dinner at Burgers and Brews. Zee was an awesome chef and provided great customer service. Thank you all for making our stay safe and amazing experienced ❤️ Highly recommended. The Hot tub was good 😊.

Overall my stay was very comfortable. The room was large, very clean, and quite comfortable. Housekeeping did a nice job replacing items needed and keeping the room clean. The only downside to the room in my opinion, was the lack of lighting at the desk space. There was no light on the desk and the room was a little dark for working. The food was quite good and very reasonably priced. However, there was no place to buy a hot breakfast or any kind of lunch as the only time the restaurant was open was for dinner. Overall, I would not hesitate to re-book a room in this hotel.

Solid hotel rooms- a little dirty and my room battery died, but great price. Most importantly, staff was super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Justin L and Jennifer (who worked at the restaurant/bar) for being super helpful and friendly!

We always enjoy stopping at this Holiday Inn. We usually take a one-day break here while traveling to our vacation home in Vero Beach. This time, we stayed a little longer to attend a Bills game and do some shopping. We love the restaurant, Burgers and Brews. While the bartenders are not always the most experienced, this visit was a pleasant surprise thanks to Mr. Zee. He was absolutely amazing and truly made our stay and time at the bar special.
