Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville-South by IHG

We had a very nice stay in adjoining rooms. Hotel was very clean, shower nice, and breakfast was well organized with mixture of cold and hot options. Staff were very pleasant. In particular, Maria, was lovely when she had to come to our assistance when we locked ourselves out of our room.

Check-in, bed, pillows, linens were all wonderful! The walk-in shower was a welcomed surprise. The provided shampoo, conditioner, etc… Were handy being installed on the wall of the shower. Breakfast was a little below standard but there was only one bfast attendant. Check-out was easy. All staff was extremely pleasant. Everywhere I went was super clean!!

We traveled from Minnesota, and the experience was wonderful from the start. Our room was ready a few hours early, which was such a pleasant surprise after a long drive. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room itself was spotless. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having Dove products in the bathroom. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nice large room but fridge very loud so we unplugged it. Service dog down the hall barked til after midnight. Good bfast
