Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville-Downtown by IHG

I selected this hotel because it was walking distance to a concert at Bon Secours Wellness Arena and I’m very pleased with my selection. To start the staff at the front desk Thursday and Friday made me feel like I was part of their family. It’s always great to have friendly staff but it’s above and beyond when you feel like you’re their family. The building was in the perfect spot to walk to and from the concert and I felt safe in the area. The building is an older brick building but clearly the rooms have been updated. My 15 year old said it smelt funny but it was just the old building and cleaning products, we didn’t even notice a smell after the initial walk in. The room was fully stocked. I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Greenville, and a big reason why was Brooklyn. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and she always had a smile on her face. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. Because of her, I would only stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Brooklyn is an absolute rockstar!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites. When i arrived, the desk attendant was super sweet and got me checked in quickly. I asked if if was safe to walk around at night and she was very truthful and said it was and that there are also patrols at night downtown, which was reassuring. They also provided a little welcome baggie with water and also had a printout of places in the area to eat, which was incredibly helpful and took the guesswork out of where to go. The room was incredibly clean and smelled fresh. The only negative is that there's a constant deep in the room. It wasn't too loud or disruptive, but it was loud and constant enough to be annoying. The hotel is downtown and everything is within walking distance, so I didn't have to drive or find parking anywhere. O

What a wonderful and memorable stay!! Yesterday was my birthday and we checked in on Monday Dec 1st checked out today December 3 during our stay we greeted with an extremely friendly staff. Nathaniel, Rodney Brown and a sweet girl Caitlyn. Not only were they so friendly but they gave us recommendations on coffee places and restaurants as well. I needed a few more pillows and they came to our room so quickly. I loved my stay and the staff made it so memorable. I will be back FOR SURE! Thank you everyone!! ❤️🥰
