We stayed on the 14 OCT 2025 - From Australia and spending 3 months travelling the east Coast of USA - This hotel was the standout benchmark for all of the Holiday Inns we stayed in over the 3 months. Elizabeth? at reception is the standout Concierge and the cleanliness and attention to detail was excellent. Cling wrap apples was memorable and the moist cinnamon scrolls with keeping the covers on them was fantastic. Without the covers the scrolls dry out and are like rock....which we found to be in most other Holiday Inns. Staff are nice and helpful - I was impressed by the morning breakfast service - a good range of items and continually refreshed - staff constantly cleaning tables with so many tourists staying - Convenient location although as is the way in the USA, you have to have a ve

We cannot recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Pantops Corner Way enough! We’ve stayed at this location many times on trips to Charlottesville. It's newer and it’s always been clean, comfortable, and staffed with friendly, helpful people. For our wedding at Eastwood Farm & Winery, we worked with them to set up a room block for many of our guests, and the experience was seamless. The room block was completely free to book, and they provided a clear contract outlining how rooms would be released if the block wasn’t fully used. They even checked in with me before the wedding to ensure that everyone on my guest list received the rate, even if they forgot to book with our room block code. A very nice Holiday Express. Very new, with large, comfortable rooms. The staff was very considerate when I asked for a ground-floor room because of recent surgery. Parking was very secure, and at night it was quiet. Overall, I would recommend staying here again.

This hotel was kept so clean. We thought it was a new build, but it was actually built in 2021. Our breakfast were hot and tasty and not just the choice of stale muffins and nasty waffles. We also loved the fresh lemon water, and coffee and tea beverages that were available in the lobby 24/7. It’s in a fantastic location. The rooms were very quiet and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the walk-in shower and the choice of Dove brand, soaps, and shampoos. When we return back to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Everything about the place was great. And there was nothing wrong with the bed, except that it was a little soft for me. The other bed, however, was a little harder and so my daughter slept there, and she found it very comfortable. My grandchildren slept on the sofa and they found it very comfortable. I have to say I loved the shower. Plenty of hot water and they gave me a shower chair and I just wanted to stay in there forever. The only complaint that I could have would be that the children said the water at the pool was ice cold so maybe a heated pool would be great Overall, everything was excellent
