Holiday Inn Express Atlanta-Kennesaw by IHG

Our baseball team stayed here during a tournament weekend and we had an outstanding experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group, which we truly appreciated. One thing that really stood out was that they opened breakfast early so our players and families could eat before heading to the fields. That level of thoughtfulness made a huge difference for a team traveling with early game times. The rooms were clean, the hotel was well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire weekend. It’s not always easy hosting a large group of ballplayers and families, but they handled it with professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this hotel for any teams traveling for tournaments. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kennesaw for the second time, and the upgrades are impressive! The exterior looks great with new landscaping and a freshly paved parking lot. Inside, the lobby is beautifully updated with new furniture and a modern feel. Our room was clean and comfortable with new furniture, renovated bathrooms, and fresh decor. The staff were all so friendly. Even the outdoor pool has been renovated—we had a great time! I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Let me say that the owner and/or operator of this property should be made to stay here for a few days and in different rooms. Check in went well as we were greeted warmly and given our room cards. Upon opening the door we could see that there was a substance on the countertop and it was sticky. I went down to the front desk and was given cards to a new room across the hall. The first room had a stall shower and a good size TV. The new room had a bath tub and a smaller flat screen TV. About this room - 1) the refrigerator was unplugged, 2) The shelf that the microwave was on had not been dusted in months, 3) The telephone did not work and had the wrong room number on it 4) The coping was damaged and falling off the wall in places. 5) The bed was soft on the sides and hard and higher in the

Decent hotel. Only issue I had was the guest laundry was down and I didn't find out until after I had purchased laundry detergent and loaded clothes and detergent into the washer. Rooms were ok. My coffee maker didn't work but no biggie they have 24 hour free coffee machines in the lobby. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Easy access from the highway. It's about a 40 minute drive to the airport. I plan on booking here my next trip to Atlanta.

Check-in was easy and the room was clean. I had no issues whatsoever. The only negative is that it is somewhat noisy. I could hear music playing at 5am, unsure if it was from another room or outside because I had a front facing room. But otherwise, very nice stay.
