Hilton Greenville

I was astonished when I first saw the price for a two-bed room at this hotel. It is a genuine Hilton brand property.Although the room rate did not include a breakfast buffet, the two complimentary bottles of water were a nice gesture. While exploring the hotel, I also discovered a free gym on the basement floor.The website mentioned that parking was not free, but in the end, I wasn’t charged any parking fees.The view from the room was excellent. From the window, I could see far into the distance, with colorful clouds adding to the scenery.

Great stay at the Hilton Greenville. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. Check-in was smooth, and any questions we had were handled quickly. The location is also excellent — close to downtown Greenville, restaurants, shopping, and major roads. If you’re visiting the Greenville area and want a dependable, comfortable hotel with great service, I would absolutely recommend Hilton Greenville and would stay here again.

Dinner service was FANTASTIC!!! Nate was extremely attentive! Went out his way to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of, Nate should be The Gold Standard that is used here to hire employees. 10 out of 10 service!!! The front desk staff was kind and accommodating, they met all our needs as well. The room was neat, clean and nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Super disappointing- showed up after 1am for a soccer tournament and there was only one person working the desk so had to wait for 45 minutes. This could have been avoided if my digital key worked - but it did not. If you’re going to offer the technology you should make sure that it works. I was able to “unlock the elevator” but not the room.

I stayed in the hotel two days and it was such great experience. All staff I met there are so lovely. Cody and Jenny, their smiles could bright your morning. They are so sweet to make you feel welcomed. The room is so clean. The food they have impressed me. The fruit tea by the elevator is something you definitely can't miss. It is fantastic with all the freshness. And the breakfast, excellent! The bacon is so crunchy. The yellow cheese grits, the pumpkin bread......you can taste the food is good quality. oh I wish I can have them every day😋
