Hotel is in a weird location. desolate area on a highway behind Sanitation dept and near a shelter, industrial businesses. Snow storm there was a flood on my floor overnight and some maintenance person keyed into my room without knocking. Scared me. The hotel didn't clear the sidewalk around the hotel. My room was not cleaned for 4 days. I finally spoke to a cleaning staff person who was same complexion as me who then cleaned my room after I called the front desk and housekeeping. She restocked the room with another staff person who also was the same complexion. By far those two and the male front desk staff who are on mostly nights have been nice and friendly. I was booked here by a company doing repair work in my apt and traveling with a pet. But I am very disappointed as I am a Hilton
Another return trip Nov2025. Another disappointing experience. No room keys. App, or you have to have someone open your room when you need back in. Room heat was a bit better this time, linens decent, room moderately clean. The food at their on site restaurant? Seriously, this is 2/2 failures for this place. The $20+ burger? Lol. You'll get a 10x better burger at any fast food place. This burger tasted as if they microwaved it with fish. No flavor, school cafeteria consistency, all for the convenience of paying $29 for a coke and a burger. There won't be a return trip. This dive isn't THAT convenient. The restaurant review during the first trip - What an absolute horrendous experience. After training and then traveling, it was 6 or 7 by the time I chose not to use doordash. I ord
Sorry for this review but I’m hoping the criticism will be grounds to look into this property and could be constructive for the management if they care. For the price they charge though, they should be much better.||Sad to say it is the worst Hilton Garden inn I have ever stayed in. It’s only saving grace for a 3 out of 5 is its location, although I personally will not stay there again. But if you need to be in this area then it’s perfectly ok. The staff were slightly unhelpful when it came to snacks as they had nothing in stock apart from some|Fizzy drinks and water. It was early evening in 1 Nov. On arrival I had a sugar rush and needed a snack and drink so I decided to walk around the corner to the comfort inn to get some chocolate, some crisps and a milkshake. That I had to find out fo
Good for a night stay if need to go to airport the next day. Free shuttle bus which picks and drop passengers at Federal Circle line. Less than 5 mins drive. Good small gym is available at level 1. Room is very clean. Taste for Breakfast and dinner is towards the salty taste buds.
Our recent stay was extremely frustrating and exhausting, especially given that we were traveling with children. We received an email for digital check-in, but it did not work. Due to a delayed flight, I had to call the hotel multiple times to request a late check-in and ensure our arrival would be accommodated. Despite this, the process was stressful and poorly handled. We finally arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM on December 19, 2025. The staff at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming, which made an already tiring situation worse. We were assigned Room 606, where the real issues began. The heater/AC unit was broken, and cold air was continuously blowing into the room from underneath the unit. With gusty winds and freezing temperatures outside, the room became unbearably cold.
