Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Airport

Stayed one night on the way through Florida. Room was comfortable overall, though there was a noticeable stain near the window and the AC had a slight odor when turned on. Bathroom was fine but showed some wear, and the toilet pressure was very weak. We went to the bar for a nightcap and ordered a shot, but the bartender made a cocktail instead, which took longer than expected for an airport hotel. Still a solid choice for a quick overnight stay.

Cortney at the front desk was wonderful (Cliff not so much). The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the restaurant is only open for lunch and dinner, and the prices are high. We found several restaurants within walking distance that were more reasonably priced. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport and the driver was very nice.

This is my favorite hotel whenever I’m in Jacksonville, Florida. I usually come here for work when I have to work the NFL games for my airline and two years ago I practically lived at this hotel for six months. The staff here are amazing. They really make you feel like you’re at home. I love the people at the front desk. Everyone’s been so helpful so nice. It’s so heartwarming to know that it’s been two years since I’ve been here and as soon as I walked in, they remembered my face they remembered my name as if I never left, which honestly was very warming to hear. I feel very welcomed to hear and I love Jacksonville, Florida so next time I’m back for work I will definitely be booking this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The AC works amazing and this location is so close to literally
