After speaking with the General Manager Ron Williams I am happy 😁 to report that he made every effort to resolve the issue!!! I deeply appreciate this! And look forward to using my Hilton Honors account for all my future bookings! It is clear that this issue and it's escalation was due to Booking.com lack of customer service and commitment to resolving customer issues! This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had! First I did not receive the room type I requested. This was reported to both the hotel and booking.com. Second the room I was given had a weird odor and broken/malfunctioning equipment. There’s nothing better than checking in to a friendly face and a young lady who wants to help and be at work who’s very helpful. Shelly is her name I think. Also had dinner at the bar and Cee Cee is incredible! What a pleasant person who also enjoys what she does. Very attentive. These are the people every employer would die for. As a business owner I wish they worked with me. Well done Hilton Garden!

I had a family emergency, and had drove all night from Pennsylvania. I was told, I would have to pay for early check in. And then she said it could not be guaranteed. The way Kelli spoke to me was rude, and I felt unwelcome. From the moment I walked through the door, she was unpleasant. She even told me there were no upgrades-clearly a lie. There were available upgrades, and I actually ended up upgrading to $25 on the app. Upgrades for a King with a view were only $10 (there were many available). I waited from 9 am until 3 pm. At exactly 3 pm she notified me that the room was ready. She had a very cold demeanor, and it was very obvious that she was waiting until exactly 3 pm. to be spiteful. Stayed here at least 10 times over the past year in order to be able to get to the local hospital for work. Stayed because of weather conditions didn’t allow for my normal commute. Rooms were clean, gym was accessible and had all amenities. Food was good! Honestly had no complaints

Stayed tor three nights. Positives: Nice location, easy and free outdoor parking, spacious one bedroom suite, with mini fridge and microwave, very clean rooms with 1 and a half bathrooms. Like all Hilton Garden Inns, it’s very dog friendly and breakfast is not included but there is a lobby restaurant for fast food. Negatives: The suite’s sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and free internet access was erratic.
