Hilton Garden Inn Arlington/Courthouse Plaza

My family and I stayed here in November to attend a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. Location was great for what we needed. We did a group dinner in one of their banquet rooms and its was just ok. I thought maybe there would be more to the room but it was very simple and plain. The food we ordered for the dinner was just ok. I had to remind the staff of the drinks we ordered, ask them about one of the dishes that typically would be a pasta dish but it was missing the pasta and make sure they didn’t start cleaning up before our scheduled time. The next morning our group was supposed to have breakfast with our rooms and we were told it wasn’t included. Thankfully the front desk helped us out but some of our guest were told that they couldn’t brink breakfast to their rooms. There was a

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Arlington Courthouse for NYE and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-kept.||The biggest highlight, was the front desk staff. We came back late on New Year’s Eve (a little… festive) and Cecile and Gary along with the other staff there were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were chill, funny, and just genuinely kind. We ended up chatting for a bit and even took a couple funny photos together on a disposable camera. They totally leaned into the moment and made us feel at home.||That kind of hospitality is what you remember after a trip. Positive: Very clean Negative: The water pressure in the shower is awful???this hotel charges for parking. $30.00 a day which is too expensive

$30 for parking, no complimentary breakfast (only a $20 breakfast buffet, which is greedy and absurd business practice). Staff are very good and helpful, rooms are nice enough, though good luck if you happen to have a group of school kids above you as I did before moving. It's convenient to Courthouse and the metro, which is why I was here, and rates are decent for the area, but you can get better value elsewhere if you're not particular about which metro station you're using.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff Garry was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. He gave some good recommendations for places to explore nearby, which really enhanced my trip. Everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
