Hilton Arlington National Landing

I recently stayed here on a business trip. Super convenient with the shuttle from the airport and an easy Lyft ride to Government buildings and Museums. Staff were so helpful. Especially helpful front desk staff Samey and Ferdows, placed us in nice rooms. Also appreciated the attentive housekeeping staff on the 11th floor. Food was good and bartenders were great. All around, very nice stay. Highly recommend!

The staff was exceptional. From the front desk to the general hospitality throughout the property, the team was incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and professional. Their service truly stood out and made the stay pleasant. That said, the rooms are showing their age. The carpeting felt dated, and the overall room décor could benefit from a refresh. The curtains in my room felt dingy, and the space didn’t feel as clean or crisp as expected for a Hilton property. The bathroom layout is also very compact, with low ceilings and limited space to move around. Guests with larger or “abundant” body types may find it difficult to maneuver comfortably. Great Hotel with great amenities! Gym was big and had so much equipment! Breakfast was exceptional and grabbing a cup of coffee made deliciously by Ms. Saada on the way out every morning was perfect! Everyone was just so friendly and attentive! This will be my hotel from now on when traveling for work every month! Already booked my next stay!

Positive: "" Negative: They charged us $50 a night to park! That was nowhere obvious when we were reserving out hotel. I would have absolutely gone elsewhere, but it was too late by the time you're checking in and getting charged. The bathroom was very small.

From the very moment she checked me in, he welcomed me with a warm, respectful, and highly professional attitude. Her manner, genuine smile, and attention to detail immediately made me feel comfortable, respected, and valued as a guest. Ferdows patiently and thoughtfully answered all of my questions and clearly showed that she truly cares about the satisfaction and comfort of guests. In today’s world, it is quite rare to meet someone with such kindness, honesty, and dedication. Her professionalism and wonderful personality created an experience that I will not forget.
