After reading reviews, i was hesitant, but was pleasantly surprised when we checked our room.. I found the room to be spacious and well arranged, but above all clean and well taken care of, with no bugs or any of the negatives I had read about. We had 3 friends staying at the hotel and they were pleased as well. Pictures of the hotel are realistic, unlike some comments in other reviews. I think our room may have been recently redone, since the wall outlets were all new. Showers were hot and linens were fine. The staff could not have been more accomadating. They were able to change my room so I would not have to walk as far since i have arthritis. When first driving up, the place looked really nice, the lobby was pristine. You have to use a key to get into the building but the keys weren't working so we had to go get new keys. No big deal. While waiting for our third person to bring the new keys back, someone opened the door and instantly smelled like someone hot boxed the foyer area. We got into our room and i couldn't even sit down it felt so gross. Opened the pull out couch to go to sleep, but the mattress looked like someone was murdered and left the blood to dry. We called the front desk and they suggested we just use an extra sheet. After refusing that, the desk staff asked to call us back. The rooms could really use a good scrub down the carpet needs to be replaced they don't put a blanket on the bed which is weird....you have to beg for towels and there was no garbage can in the room. they kick this woman out because she was having a party for her four-year-old daughter and they weren't loud at all the manager was racist I believe. The layout of the room is nice. But it is definitely not what they advertise.

We came to this hotel back in February and had no problems. So when we brought our family out, we chose the same hotel. We conveniently were placed in the exact same room as before. Nice perk. Pros : Room was clean. Smelled fresh. Dishes were clean. Air conditioner was on and room was cold, just as we like it. Bedroom was clean and airy. Bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. Overall, by sight and smell, everything was good. Cons : Our key cards comsistently would stop working. the carpet in the living/sitting area felt damp, like it was shampooed not long ago and was not dried completely. There was water under the sink with trash debris. Some of the water leaked on the floor in the kitchen area. When we let the front desk know, they didn’t send someone to check it until Sunday. DO NOT stay here! The people were decently nice at best, the room was horrific. The pull out sofa was broken. No sheets for it. Roaches. No light bulbs?!? No silverware. Not clean. The toilet paper was almost empty when we arrived. The TV randomly stopped working. The lock was broken on the door. The fridge leaked. Two microwaves, one that barely worked. The carpet looked like someone has been murdered on it in and had SO many stains. There was HAIR on the bathroom floor when we got there and so much mold in the shower. This place had potential. They need to redo the rooms and get a better cleaning crew.
