Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor

Our stay was wonderful. We went about a month ago. The room was clean and spacious, the gym was nice, and the staff were very friendly. We were greeted at check-in and immediately offered complimentary hot beverages, which was nice. The parking lot across the street really isn’t a big deal. It’s close and an easy walk. We’ve stayed at hotels where on-site parking required a longer walk than this. Even in the cold, it wasn’t bad at all. My wife especially appreciated the extra touch Nicole added to the yogurts. She wrote affirmations on them, which was such a thoughtful and uplifting detail. Little things like that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was better than we expected. We first walked in to a beautiful hotel and were immediately greeted by the staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful In the lobby area there is plenty of comfortable seating and an area with tables there’s a food area in the lobby and there’s a pool table near the entrance of the bar. The bar’s decor was very nice and there was also an outdoor area which leads to the walking trail The indoor pool area was very clean and nice. They have towels available and a bathroom in the pool area. The pool was at a perfect temperature we enjoyed the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable the hotel is conveniently located to anything that you might like. Besides the walking trail that overlooks the harbor. Destiny mall is only a couple blocks away.

My partner and I stayed here while in the area seeing family. It was a great experience!! So much so that we've chosen Aloft hotels in other areas since. The room was different and fun. I really liked that the bathing amenities were refillable bottles with pumps for any guests to use. It made for a great sustainable service. The price definitely was worth the value. I liked the bar and general atmosphere of the shared spaces. And the location was right downtown so it was easy to walk anywhere! I'd definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, especially Brittany at the front desk. She was absolutely top notch and hands down the best receptionist I have ever encountered. After a long, exhausting day dealing with a canceled flight, stress, and uncertainty, she was truly the light when my whole day felt dark. Brittany’s kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a powerful difference and completely changed my experience. She went above and beyond in every way, and I will always remember how she turned such a difficult moment into something manageable and comforting. I also want to give a big thank you to the shuttle bus driver and the shuttle service, which were excellent and made everything even smoother during a stressful time. I booked this hotel because my medical facility that I came for recommended them. I just want to say every employee that we had an encounter with from the shuttle, front desk, housekeeping and the bar staff were all amazing! We had to extend our trip but the transition to extend our trip was super easy thanks to the manager of the hotel! The hotel is clean, everyone is so helpful and the hotel ground is well kept! If we have to come back we would definitely come back to this hotel again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
