Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville South - Bartram Park

Many thanks to the extraordinary staff, namely, Armeena for the exceptional hospitality extended to me and my family.|The room we were designated was clean, sanitized and the view was on point. We really had a blast! Other staffers, Dakota, Steve, Dean, Neto and housekeepers, played a vital role in accompanying with the best the hotel could offer! Thanks everybody and keep up the good work.|PS- although, renovations in the parking lot was necessary, it did not impede or distract from a peaceful and pleasant stay. Positive: The bathroom! It was so spacious and well laid out! Negative: No

The hotel felt newer or remodeled. The breakfast set up was marvelous. They did only have one operational elevator when I visited and the one that did work seemed loud. I usually take the steps, but when I had to use the elevator with my bags it took some time. The front desk staff was kind. I also felt safe with the locked doors everywhere, you even needed a key to get into the first floor restrooms which I’ve never seen at a Hilton property. The location is in driving range of multiple restaurants.

We liked our room generally because it was spacious with the nice mini kitchen. There were 2 problems. I stepped on something in the carpet and cut my toe. Made me wonder about the thoroughness of the vacuuming. The dispensers in the shower were empty and this was unknown before I got all wet. Such a hassle. The breakfast was a major disappointment so we left without much in our stomachs. Food that should have at least been warm was actually cold. On the bright side, the building is easily accessible from I95 and there were options nearby for dinner.

We had a wonderful stay here. Very clean, friendly staff and good quiet location. Shout out to Armeena for being very helpful with dinner suggestions and generally just a nice friendly person! The breakfast could use some new options but it was what we expected at a Hampton Inn.
