Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville Deerwood Park

We had a quick stay in December 2025 and would highly recommend this hotel. It is a great value for the price paid. The property was spotless inside and out. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was well appointed with everything we needed. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. The shining star of this hotel is the staff. Everyone we encountered was so kind and pleasant. They all went out of their way to offer a friendly hello and be helpful. One gentleman even stopped his work to light the outdoor firepit for us. I would recommend this hotel and I will certainly visit again.

Great place to stay. Good breakfast buffet and location. Better lighting than most hotels. The only complaint was that our checkin was supposed to be at 3. But because this hotel has a noon checkout, our room wasn't ready till almost 5. We still had time to get to where we were going.

Hotel was great. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and good quantity, quality. Hotel staff was welcoming and polite. Rooms well cleaned and comfortable. Wanted to mention Mia specifically. She was professional and pleasant. Very helpful for someone like me who was new in the area. Provided helpful tips for my stay from eating to beaches. Sincere and welcoming. Quadre was also helpful in my early morning departure. Even though he had night shift, he had day personality and also polite and professional. Great staff, but super hats off to Mia and shout out to Quadre in my one experience with him in checkout.

Positive: "" Negative: It’s an older Hampton Inn, but our room was clean except for a musty smell near the door/ carpet. It was just a one night stay and it did the job. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from Hampton quality 🛏️✨ Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked 🍳☕ with plenty of options to start the day right. The location is convenient, tucked away in a quiet area but still close to great restaurants, shopping, and the main highways 🛍️🚗. The pool area and lobby were clean, inviting, and well maintained 🌴🏊‍♂️ Everything about my stay felt easy, relaxing, and well taken care of 🙌. This hotel truly delivers great value and top-notch hospitality. Definitely a 5
