Hampton Inn Miami-Airport West

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Miami-Airport West. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and had ample parking, which made everything convenient and stress-free. I especially want to recognize Jessica at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Her recommendations for local restaurants and nearby malls were spot-on and really enhanced our visit. Excellent customer service makes all the difference, and Jessica truly delivered. Thank you for a great experience — we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful one-night layover here! The hotel is perfectly located, clean, and the beds are so comfortable. Even though we missed breakfast, a lovely lady in the kitchen kindly made sure we had fruit, yogurt, and bagels to go, but the biggest shout-out goes to Veronica Huerta. She was a total superstar and helped ship a jacket we forgot all the way back to California! That level of care is rare! We would definitely come back to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We stayed just one night. Check in was super fast, room was clean, bed was comfy. Quite a few options in the area for restaurants especially if you’re driving. The area seemed mostly industrial but safe. Breakfast was actually really good especially for a hotel. Waffle maker was a hit and I really liked the little scones. I liked the option of sitting outside for breakfast.

I chose this hotel mainly because breakfast was advertised as being served from 6:00 AM on weekdays. Prior to my stay, I contacted the hotel directly and was assured that I would be able to have early breakfast, which was very important to me as I had an early morning flight. To my surprise, breakfast was not ready even at 7:30 AM. There was no explanation or communication regarding the delay. For a hotel operating under the Hilton brand, this was very disappointing and below the level of service I expected.
