Victoria & Phillip were great!! Amazing customer service & they were both very kind!! Our room was clean & smelled nice. Plenty of pillows and the bed wasn’t too hard! Bathroom is also nicely stocked with enough towels & soaps. Breakfast in the morning was included, small selection of hot food, cereals, oatmeal & juices - no complaints! There was a clean pool, however we were just stopping through so didn’t have time to use it. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

We stopped here for just one night as part of a longer road trip and were looking for somewhere safe, clean, and comfortable to get some rest—and this hotel delivered exactly that and more! Check into room 106 and the ac was not working. Dealt with it for the night because the front desk clerk said she couldn't switch my family. I explained that my son has a disability and he needed to be in a cooling environment. Nothing happened but a simple box fan so we had to sleep with our room door open. Spoke to jentorria the next morning and she moved us to room 322. Said she will provide a discounted rate. She left at check out so I called the manager Julie or Julien and received nothing. Not a phone call back. It's been 48 hours and the only resolution came from customer service. Will never stay at this hotel again

Thank you Hampton Inn and Philip for your attention, kindness, going the extra mile and assistance. Our driver from a race broke his arm and needless to say, we had a lot of unforseen issues. While our problem had nothing to do with the hotel, Phillip went the extra mile to help a family when it needed help the most. We will be back!
