I would challenge the two main AI summarized complaints here…$15 gated parking in a major city hotel is not expensive, I’ve often paid $50-75 per night for self-parking before. And the room size was comparable to virtually every other basic king room at this price point. The staff were simply amazing, particularly the ladies at the desk and the breakfast service. Boundless enthusiasm and energy coupled with a commitment to service and professionalism. Kudos to management for setting the bar high in hiring practices for all positions. Room was clean as a whistle. Elevators were abnormally warm in contrast to all other public spaces which were well air conditioned, that’s my only constructive criticism. Breakfast was chaotic. Apparently the kitchen was short staffed. But Peaches got everything restocked quickly and even came around to our table to check on us and throw away our trash. She was awesome. Thank you for hiring such amazing staff.

Positive: The location of the hotel was perfect for the concert location. Very easy to locate right off the highway. Negative: Let me tell you, the staff (kitchen and receptionist/desk personnel) need some work in hospitality. They were both very rude to customers (us at the desk and us and others in the breakfast area).

Good place to stay. Area appear to be safe. Staff is friendly. Continental breakfast looked delicious. We arrived downstairs too late to eat the breakfast but I was able to see the food before the doors closed to the food service area. It was easy to travel to the sports complex just a few miles away. Would say again.

Great staff and amazing service. Front desk lady helped with computer glitch checking in for my leave date. Then had issues with a older model coffee pot in my room. They instantly fixed that issue. Then day before check out, I wanted to see if I could extend my stay stay and Tracy (Director of sales) helped out with that as well. She was very nice, kind, patient, did her best to help out. The room - I had a room that had 2 queen sized beds. A/C and heater worked well, very clean, well kept and stocked (towels, wash cloth, body wash, etc...) Definitely a 5/5 all around. I love this place because of all the staff here!
