Garden Inn & Suites

This is the most worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There are roaches, horrible stenches, broken doors, and things from other people left in my room. The room service is terrible. Maid's barge in without permission, or they even force you to let them clean when you don't want to. They took away the wifi even though other kids might need it to study. And don't get me started on the food it's TERRIBLE. The only good thing they usually have is tenders, fries, and chicken patties. THAT'S IT. Also, I hate how much of attitude the security guards are people behind the desk give. It's almost like they're looking at us like they DONT want us there. I do not recommend this place to anybody wanting to look for a hotel to stay at overnight. Worst star rating I've gave this year.

It's a shelter for homeless and everyone there has an absolutely disgusting attitude!!!!!!

Stayed for 2 days. The hotel is only a couple months new so it still looks it; nice and clean. Fallon, one of the main staff was really nice and helpful and the room was surprisingly spacious and bright. The only thing is, parking is hard to come by and you may end up parking behind the dumpsters in the back of the hotel. Other than that, Good stay!

it was 90F and air-conditioner was not working for the entire hotel. guest had to keep their windows open with bottles, constant buzzing of traffic, with crazy honking, felt like i was living in primitive conditions. felt nervous for my safety. the environment was uncomfortable and uninviting. added some pictures where simple things could have been improved but wasnt. The 'Free Shuttle Service' to the airport had been discontinued and we were only informed on check in. Parking lot wasn't really a parking lot. You will have to park next to a garbage dump within the compound. There was no signs and not accessible through the hotel building. The stairs around the parking was littered with trash. And I highly doubt i will ever return to this hotel.

I have heard staff speak very loudly & bad about all clients. using profanity. Their is no professionalism here. You can be standing somewhere quietly and will hear very bad things about yourself and others all behind misunderstandings between staff. Last conversation I heard out loud lasted an hour and 30 mins and this occurs almost everyday.. Children were denied free gifts and pizza on Christmas by staff with burgundy. Security tells other security "I wouldnt eat that garbage if I were you" infront of guests. i have had random people open my door and run out after seeing me with no explanation. I cannot get undressed in my room. this place is scary and very unprofessional. Maintness told a guest one of the burgundy wearing workers was having relationships with married woman at the hote
