Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport

Clean room very near the airport. Free airport shuttle means I will be more likely to not miss my flight tomorrow as we are expecting two to four inches of snow and my home is 30 to 35 minutes away so I decided to spend my money on the hotel rather than paying an Uber driver who might not get me to the airport safely at all. The two exceptional professional women who met me at the front desk made me feel so warm and welcome. They bent over backwards to accommodate me. Their names are Shirraz and Angelina. Their kindness and my being safe has been worth every penny!

Positive: "" Negative: Better lighting around the entire parking lot. My car alarm went off randomly at 1am. My partners car alarm went off 3 times at 4am.

Overall a decent hotel for the location and cleanliness. The biggest issue I came across is the Wi-Fi and the elevator. The Wi-Fi often does not provide sufficient connection even for the most basic task like browsing the internet or email (0/5 for me). For a 3-stars hotel, it is a sub-par standards and an easy fix if they choose to do so. The elevator is often slow and not well-kept. This is not only inconvenient for the guests on the 4th/5th floor but also unsafe because I have seen it moving even when the doors are not fully closed.

We almost always stay here when we have an early flight. We haven’t eaten breakfast here, but we have eaten in the bar and it’s good. We were there recently when there was popcorn on the floor in our room, but everything else was fine, even the shuttle TO the airport. But, upon return, we called them as we’re walking out of the airport and they told us to stand by 3E in the shuttle lanes. We did…. For close to 45 minutes in freezing temperatures. This place is a 5 minute drive from the airport. At first we were patient but after 30 minutes we call again and they accuse us of not being there when the shuttle came by! Another 15 minutes before the shuttle arrives and the driver said she wasn’t aware we were there. This was yesterday

It is my great pleasure to write a review about our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton, Kansas City Airport. My wife and I along with another couple plan the annual reunion for the U.S. Navy ship (USS KRETCMER DE/DER-329). The ship was decommissioned 52 years ago on October 1st which means most of our reunion members are at least 70 years old. This offers challenges to both the planners and the host facility. ||We first talked to Rhonda Houge, Sr. Sales Manager, October 2024 and completed an onsite visit in November. Rhonda informed us of pending construction, but assured us of work arounds to minimize our impact.||During our stay, Rhonda was very accessible and took care of our questions or requests. Additionally, every staff member was very attentive and respectful. And yes, there was a
