Four Points by Sheraton Charleston

Went back to Charleston for family Christmas party. I wanted a convenient nice hotel for my stay. Four points was the place...price was great ...the hotel checked all my boxes...I was not the only one staying the night...my two sons and their families also had rooms...that's ten satisfied customers...my wife and I had a great room with river view...when I checked in , I told the girl my sons and family were also had reservations...she immediately suggested that she would put our families next to each other... awesome experience...I forgot to mention the great sports bar we all had lunch and watch the college football playoff games...

The rooms are A bit dated. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. One thing I really appreciated is they had a double shade on the window that black out the light for sleeping. The check-in was easy and very friendly. The location across the street from the river is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Nice hotel. Great parking in the parking garage. Brendan was a great help checking in.||We were in 718 with a river view. Very nicely sized and very clean.||Awesome location on the river and within easy walking distance of lots of downtown restaurants.

This hotel was a great experience . The furniture / carpet was updated and it excellent shape. A/C and refrigerator was cold for the hot day that we stayed . The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The overall condition of the hotel lobby appearance as well as the cleanliness of the room was very refreshing. The wifi worked great. They offer a great menu for dinner and breakfast. I did not eat anything during this stay but, I have stayed at Marriotts before and the options are delicious. I did see food on the way by the bar from other guests and it looked very appealing. All of the staff were helpful and very friendly.

I always favored this hotel compared to others, you simply can’t beat the location. You will not find staff that works harder to get you a room. They are extremely accommodating, and I can’t thank them enough for this. Huge perk being they went above and beyond when they let me check into my room a little early. After traveling 24+ hrs and having 2 delayed flights….Not only a huge relief but they are glad to help do so. Very generous of them. On my most recent visit I had the pleasure of checking in with a nice young lady with blonde hair. She did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of throughout my stay, with a smile on her face. She went out of her way to make me copies of a paper for work and an envelope to put them in. Also had a shuttle prompt when I needed it. Really e
