Fort Eustis Inn

So I got a room went inside. Checked it out. About to shower restroom. Disgusting towels. Looked like they’re used. The bed of the sheets had brown spots in them. Who wants to put their kids on those type of sheets. This is supposed to be a Welcoming Pl., Where people that have family in the service come smell like cigarettes. I went back to the office. I asked the guy if I can have a refund because I don’t think it’s fair that I had to pay $100 for something that was horrible. That was not very sanitary for my kids so I was the night a refund because I wanted to leave because my kids were saying that it stinks. It’s dirty. And I definitely agree this being a hotel for Family members that have their Family and the service should be welcoming clean. And it’s absolutely not as a manager. I

Low price but very good service. Room was spotless. Facility freshly painted. Staff was very attentive to our needs. I requested a room near another party - the manager put me next door! Asked if we needed more towels or anything else.

The Hotel was ok for the price hotel staff was nice courteous I have a service dogs front desk helped me with everything they asked if the can bring my suitcase to the room I had a downstairs room down the walkway there was a nice area to let my dog go pee... And so close I am handicapped and have a real hard time to walk .. rooms outdated but the sheets blankets floor was clean couch and chair old too but clean... Good water pressure small bathroom .. I would come here again... I stayed 2 nights

My son has severe health conditions and the rooms we got were hot,dirty, rusted, and mold. I asked for a better room and did not receive one. Ask for a refund but still got charged. I could not have my kids staying there

The staff was extremely accommodating! I work nights, so the manager made it a point to reach out to me and ask if I needed any housekeeping since I was asleep during normal housekeeping hours! The rooms are very clean and the hot water lasts for days! It's an extended stay, but complimentary soap was still provided! It's a "mom-and-pop" hotel I would definitely recommend to someone new to town while looking for a permanent place!
