Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Jacksonville Airport

Stayed for almost two months. Blondie, up front, always smiled. However, all of the front desk were very helpful. Christina Berg served a great breakfast every day. She is engaging. And keeps everything stocked. Important for people in a rush. If I need to come to Jacksonville again. This will be my first choice.

Positive: Checking out Negative: Extra pillows not available, phone broken, elevator broken, breakfast not good, toilet broken and no maintenance to fix until 10 am. after we are leaving.

The hotel staff was very kind and sweet at both check-in & check-out. The breakfast was well stocked and the girl working the kitchen was constantly cleaning and restocking. My kids are pillow junkies and the girls at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure they could track down three extra pillows for us. I hope your staff gets updated when complements come their way because the managers and staff deserve to know that their hardwork and kindness is very much appreciated.

Great hospitality! Reception staff always helpful and cheerful. Games set out in the breakfast area every night is a sweet touch. Cookies usually available at the main desk and coffee or tea at the dining area. The new breakfast menu is really good. Hot breakfast meats and eggs with options for oatmeal and toppings, boiled eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, milks, juices, cold cereals, breads, muffins, spreads.

Stayed one night enroute to so Florida. Easy access off 95; immaculately clean with a very good complementary breakfast. Blondie, at the check in desk, was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend
