Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Atlanta Kennesaw

I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Marriott on Busbee Drive in Kennesaw. From the moment I arrived, the experience was great. Tabitha checked me in and out and was so kind, professional, and welcoming. Her customer service truly stood out, and corporate should definitely recognize how valuable she is to this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and you can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. Housekeeping was excellent, and breakfast each morning was fresh and well organized. Overall, the service here made my stay feel easy and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The Flynns

I went to get a good nights sleep as I drove all the way from Michigan. At 1-1:30 someone is knocking on the window. I called the front desk she says I’m walking around now I’ll look. I hear her from the room yelling are you ok out there. I didn’t even get to sleep nd I still had 7 hours more to drive. But when I talk to her in the am she tells me it was no one! Not satisfied with this company

Our trip to Kennesaw was to check the area out for housing. My son and his wife are relocating to Kennesaw for work in 2 short weeks. Everything about Kennesaw was amazing EXCEPT for this hotel and staff. Upon arrival with our two dogs we were told very rudely by the maintenance man that our dogs were NOT welcome. He said they had new rooms and no longer allowed dogs. There was nothing stating this when we booked. Thankfully we quickly found out that the Hampton next door would love to have us ALL!!! Turns out after 3 days in Kennesaw that it’s an extremely kind town!!! The ONLY bad experience was here. Our upcoming visits will be at the Hampton next door.

The hotel is super easy to get to though the parking can be tight. It looks slightly nicer on the outside than the inside, but that said I'll stay here again. They clean the rooms exceptionally well. The bed is nice and soft with super squishy pillows that just melt around your head. The complimentary breakfast is exactly what you'd expect. The staff do a great job, they do their job quickly, and will treat you well. The cost of the room is a stupidly good value for the what you get.

Booked through Expedia. Checked in with Pets and they kicked us out. Wanted to charge us another $250 as a penalty. VERY rude! Expedia kept the 3 night stay $ hotel has recently changed its rules and nothing on Expedia or host website about no pets. Allegedly this has recently changed or has it??? Response added showing they are trying to clean up their lies. They actually do allow pets, but this maintenance guy came at my wife very aggressive and told her she had to leave. “Didn’t you see the No Pets Allowed sign?” I have since discovered that this is common activity from this hotel based on testimony from hotels next door. Also, they are the only Fairfield Inn in Kennesaw not on BBB. Their statements prove their lies in that we had to eat the booking and spend another $600 with Hilton
