FairBridge Inn & Suites Fort Wayne

Upon arriving the place looked closed, there were 5 vehicles in the parking lot. The gentleman that checked us in was nice and the building was clean and very quiet. The room was spacious but we walked into a 'stuffy' room, dirty blanket, broken lamp and no cable just a Roku. Some of the amenities were not available, the gym was closed and so was the pool and there was no continental breakfast. If you are looking for a place to crash, this is it.

This place is great ! I spent 2 nights here and find it to be a much better value for what you pay. It is large inside and the hallways are wide which is nice. The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable and good shower. All in all, it was a pleasant, quiet stay and i will stay again when i return to this area. There is a Mexican restaurant, a Chinese restaurant amd a Cracker Barrell that all take 2 minutes to walk to.

My first experience with a hotel that has been this negative upon arrival I was told the room was going to be 385 plus taxes the price ended up being 2 1/2 times higher than what they quoted, but stated that I would get my deposit back which never received due to smoke detector going off on its own accord and they just put in a new thermostat on the wall during my say which caused the incident to occur, then they accused me of smoking when I don’t smoke then charged me $250 on top of $150 penalty for it and told me it was state law their breakfast was horrible. Nothing was hot that was supposed to be the gym equipment did not power on the pool did not have heated water and it was extremely cold and could use some up-to-date, patching and painting. there was also roaches crawling everywhere

When we walked in there were two people checking out after just checking in because their room was dirty. After seeing the empty parking lot me and my family found the awful reviews which happened to be was after we arrived. After reading reviews about bedbugs we immediately checked and they were found in our room as well. Not as awful but the utilities were also poor quality. We, as well as the people who recently left, have had to deal with difficulties getting a refund and were yelled at by the man at the front desk. I would rather sleep outside than this place.
