Extended Stay Gainesville

The two room apartments are newly remodeled. It's very nice you also need a key card to even get in my building so it's always empty and quiet when outside the room

As far as an extended stay you can't beat the value for the space of the suits here. Its like a one bedroom apartment. You have a full size kitchen with full size appliances . Living room with storage space, hallway bathroom and queen size bedroom with plenty of space for clothing. Very pleased with the size of the suits.

Well it is what it is. Some of the outlets wont hold a plug. Least this room got a mini fridge. Tub and bathroom was dirty. Its a hit and miss with the rooms here. Some better then others. For $68 a night with tax the rokms should be a bit nicer. Ive stayed in other motel 6 and the rooms were way nicer for the same price.

My husband and I have stayed here two different times. 1.) our masterbath being upgraded at home. 2) a few months later we stayed while more renovations were being done to our home. For the price, you get laundry room, wi fi, the H2o was great, Cable T.V. and some what comfy.Overall this is a great deal!!

This establishment is poorly kept (even with it being under new management) and the manager/ owner has a very NASTY attitude not only towards the tenants but to incoming visitors also. IF THERE WAS ANYTHING LESS THAN A STAR that's what I would rate this place. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED with 2 thumbs-up
