I stayed here for a night and accidentally left my pillow that my deceased Grandmother left to me there in my room that was checked in to me. The next day I checked out and realized that it was still there, so I called the innkeeper at around 9:30a.m. the next morning. He said that I should call back around 2:00p.m. I wasn't able to do that so I had called back at 10:30 p.m. that night and was told that he threw it away around back inside of there trash container. So I went and looked and there wasn't any pillow to be found. I believe they kept it in the room and that it wasn't really thrown away at all! This place also told me that the room rate was $60.00 over the phone. After I had arrived from driving there about 1 hour away, only to be told that it would be $70.00 to check into a room

Online it shows beautiful rooms. And the price was very affordable. When I got there there was no one at reception. Not a big deal as they showed up not too long after. They had me pay and I went to my room. Only to be shocked that my room was borderline empty, poorly lit, had one lone office chair, dust and black particles all over the floor, a lone bed with no nightstands, no table, and a fridge with a microwave on top of it. Their reason? "We're under renovation" yeah great would've been great to know that on your website or have literally any public info on that. This place borders on being a scam. No offered refund or attempt to make it right

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE… I made a reservation on the hotel’s website and called a few hours later to cancel it. The website showed a $5 cancellation fee, which I am fine with. They took my money right away but refuse to refund it. Customer service there is awful. They tell me to use Expedia or hotels.com to get a refund when I used the actual hotel’s website!! I keep getting the run around from them. If there is a grade worse than F they deserve it. Please don’t do there.

DO NOT stay here!! This is the worst place I have ever been to. Horrible smell. The clerk at the counter was rude. The bedding had cigarette burns in it. The light shocked me when I turned it on. We immediately left and booked a different hotel. And now I can’t get management to refund my money even under the horrible conditions. Stay away from this place!
