Extended Stay America Suites- Richmond - Glen Allen - Short Pump

Stayed here for two weeks for temp housing. The check-in was smooth and easy. The room was just as pictured on the website which is a relief (many pictures do not accurately show what the room really looks like. Room was clean. Fresh Towels. Each time I needed something from the front desk I was greet with a smile! Jasmine, who is the assist manager was super helpful with a smile on her face when I needed something. Jasmine, also made sure I got my packages before I checked out - super cool lady! I absolutely enjoyed the coffee in the mornings and it was convenient to get a cup. I would stay here again based on the experience I had.

Positive: Hotel is OK my first time stay. Negative: When I get to my room the panel of the applainces under was not attached and I reported at the front desk. There's a roaches on the tub drain coming out and on the wall the carpet have a spot beside the couch.

Good experience. Felt like a real studio apartment. The environment was clean, felt safe,and most of all seemed to be controlled. Definitely will be staying in the near future as well as trying out other extended stay locations. They've got 2 propane grills that ways ready to use at your discretion night and day. Overall I had a great stay

The staff here are awesome. Most of them will go out of their way to help meet your needs. Well maintained and clean. Plenty of good coffee in the A.M..The shower started to back up but maintenance came quickly after I reported it. I would stay here again.

ROACHES!! Do not stay here!! I checked in during the day, went to work and came back at night and roaches were everywhere, even in the cracks of the t.v. I went to the lobby to switch rooms and guess what? ROACHES!!! True definition of a roach motel. I tried to get a refund but was told I could only get a 25% discount. I thought because it was in the Short Pump area it would be decent. I definitely thought wrong. If they've got roaches like this there's no telling what else is lurking I didn't stay there to find out...And we're talking baby roaches, to preteen roaches to adult. It's their house, literally.
