Extended Stay America Suites- Nashville - Franklin - Cool Springs

My husband and I have been here since July. He is here with his work. The plans for his work is to be here for 5 years. If things doesn't change for him our plans are to stay here at Stay America Franklin Tn the entire time. This is to let anyone traveling or in this area for work that its a great place to stay. The people here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice with the kitchenette. You can bring your on stuff or get your kitchen things from them.

The room is dirty upon arrival. There’s hair everywhere inside the cabinets and everything. You have to ask the front desk for every single thing. The toilet clogs easily. There’s a closet to hang clothes with no hangers. There’s a kitchen but you have to ask for all supplies from the front. It’s just dirty and not what I expected. The only thing good about it is the location.

Truly, I am so grateful that places like Extended Stay exist. I couldn’t be more thankful for the one I stayed at in Franklin–Cool Springs, Tennessee. The staff are incredibly professional and genuinely caring—they create a space where both mother and child feel safe and protected.The manager, Andrea, may be soft-spoken, but her spirit speaks volumes—such a beautiful soul. Everyone there in Franklin made the experience feel warm, peaceful, and welcoming. I will truly miss each and every one of them.If you’re ever in a season of transition and need a place that feels like home, this is it. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again. 💛

Positive: The location was fantastic. Negative: The room had a funky smell and bathroom did not feel totally clean. Additionally, when a breakfast is advertised as an amenity, I am expecting much more than oatmeal packets, pre-packaged muffins, and Nutrigrain bars. Incredibly disappointed with this.

Me and my fiancé are staying here during the winter storm as our home had a power outage. Dennis was so patient, kind, and helpful. He had a lot on his plate ensuring all the incoming patrons got into their rooms, and he never expressed frustration, just determination to help us and others. Dennis was wonderful and I hope he knows how appreciated he is!
