Extended Stay America Suites- Minneapolis - Airport - Eagan - South

I stayed for nearly two weeks at Extended Stay America in Eagan, MN. To start with the positives, the staff were generally friendly and helpful when available, and I appreciate that they tried to assist when issues were brought to their attention. That said, there were several problems during my stay that made the experience disappointing. When I first arrived, the room felt grimy, and I ended up wiping down many surfaces myself with cleaning wipes. I also found pieces of popcorn under the bed, which raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Considering other reviews mentioning bugs or roaches, seeing leftover food under the bed definitely wasn’t reassuring. Another issue was the towels. The hotel is very nice and clean. It felt like home. Rooms are equipped with all kind of necessities even for the kitchen. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Greeting guest in the morning and saying good night with a smile. Especially Mayur. He would always go out of his way to make sure that guests staying in this hotel were comfortable. I’ve been staying in this hotel for a few months now and will be moving out soon. I will definitely miss this place. I’m giving this hotel five stars.

Stayed here for three nights during a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and just 10-15 minutes from the MSP airport. The staff was excellent, and I’d especially like to acknowledge team lead Mayur, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

My family and I are currently moving back into the Eagan area and our place isn’t ready for another week. I love the location close to everything you could possibly need, our room is clean, the beds are comfortable, and I absolutely love having a kitchen with a full sized fridge. Super convenient to ask for kitchen supplies, and guest laundry is always a plus, even more so when it’s 24 hours. To top off a great stay De (the manager) will go above and beyond for you, making sure you are getting the best price possible, keeping his staff informed on any information they may need to know about our stay and needs. He’ll joke with you, make you feel welcome and at home. His staff is awesome and all super friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Positive: Location. Nothing else! The staff is lazy, the room smelled of cigarette smoking so bad we had our own pillows with and hD to pay to have them professionally cleaned!!! Every stitch of carpeting was FILTHY! STAINED!, STINKING TO HIGH HEAVEN!!!
