Candlewood Suites Eagan Arpt South - Mall Area by IHG

The first night we went to the pool and hot tub, the hot tub was cold. The front desk was asked to turn it up and she did come and help. By Saturday it was warm. The stay was fine. However, I left some important things behind at the hotel at checkout. After a couple of calls and emails back and forth the day we checked out, I had asked if they could overnight the items. We checked out Monday, 12/22 and it is now Saturday, 12/27 and still have not received items! I have called every day, sometimes twice, regarding the items for follow up and have only received one message from the GM and he stated to call the hotel back they have the information. Our room was clean and comfortable, we stayed 2 nights for my daughter’s 12th birthday which she has a slumber party the first night, the beds were comfortable and they all had enough space to sleep. The kitchen was very convenient for the goodies and snacks that I brought with me, the microwave was very necessary for me with all the kids I had to feed. we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub so much, we stayed in for 2 hours and didn’t even notice .lol. Overall we would love to come back to stay at this hotel, we enjoyed every bit of it, from the beds to the pillows to the great choices of Dove shampoo, conditions and bathroom soap and lotions . This is a very comfortable hotel. We felt right at home with the nicely furnished kitchen. Since we really do not like restaurants it was great to be able to cook out meals. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This is a very convenient location and easy to get around the area. Now we are looking forward to our next stay.

Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful — truly great service all around. The location was also a major plus with tons of shopping and food options just minutes away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay!

My family enjoyed this property immensely. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were provided plenty of linen, pillows, and towels. The location was perfect - right off 35E and Hwy 77, with easy access to Minneapolis, St. Paul, the airport, and Mall of America. The room offered plenty of space and handled three occupants perfectly. For the price, you can't beat it. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
