Comfort Inn Eagan Minneapolis - St Paul South

This hotel is convienetly located. There are a lot of food and shopping options near by. You can tell the hotel has recently undergone some renovations and they look nice. They offer a nice breakfast and did a great job keeping items full and the area clean. Our room was modern and was overall pretty clean. I had a couple of towels that had hairs on them and under the vanity needed to be swept and cleaned. The toilet did not flush well. The tub was very clean but had a weird bumpy white paint finish. The air worked really well and the bed was comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

First of all it is a Quality Hotel now and not Best Western. It is blue and not red. They are in the process of switching everything over. The room was mostly new furnishings and paint and carpet. The bed was comfortable. The location was what we wanted. The staff was friendly.The breakfast was okay. We are protein people so eggs and sausage is what we ate. Most hotels could have more variety there.Overall a nice stay.

It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was the usual. We didn't have any chair other than the desk chair which was a big disappointment. The bathroom looked great but no hand soap by the sink or body wash in the shower/tub. No towel bars but the hook behind the door. Ok for a one night stay but I'd have been upset if we were staying multiple nights. If this is the new norm we won't stay in the remodeled places.

Glad the hotel is being refreshed. We appreciate the two bed room and the refresh was good. Though the refrigerator was a bit rough and needs to be replaced. The tub also needs to be much better cleaned or resurfaced. The tube water facets also need to be updated. The parking lot was down right dangerous with the compacted snow and ice coverage and completely unacceptable. You need to hire a company to better care for and clear the parking lot of ice and compacted snow.

Stay overnight for park and ride to the airport. They provide a great service. Front desk is always there. Unfortunately we leave early enough that we never get breakfast
