Days Inn by Wyndham Eagan Minnesota Near Mall of America

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Room was clean. Negative: The breakfast was sub-standard. I went at 0800 and there was no coffee left, no milk for cereal. Spills on the counter. Very few options left-- most of it was picked over.

Amazing! Affordable and exactly what I needed for a week. Shiva was amazing and so helpful to me. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hot tub was a great touch! Will come back if I need another place to stay. McDonald’s right around the corner.

My only complaint was the lack of towels. The pool had none so we asked for towels and were only given 2 and told more were in the dryer. Later they brought 3 but we didn't take those because a family of three came in before we left. I don't usually pack towels when we stay at a hotel but I will *WHEN* we come again. We will use this location again, it was so close to Trader Joe's, Chiptole, MOA and more. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are fairly quiet. Parking is free & adequate. Pool, hot tub and sauna are great. Workout room looks great but I haven't used it yet.

So this is my second time being here, I decided to give it a second chance 1 because nothing else was available and 2 decided it can’t be worse well it was. We were in room 121 and 127 we went in room 127 we found human feces (poop) on the freaking wall, dirty butt bed with hair everywhere plus stains on the bed. Hair all over the bed all over the sink and shower plus toilet. That was all in room 127 fyi. Then we decided to check out 121 at first it wasn’t that bad the carpet was clean and the toilet but then we saw the bed and absolutely disgusting hair was all over the bed but just one or two I mean it was covered from where the pillows were. THEN we look in the fridge and omfg it was freaking gross old food was still in the fridge and you can smell it right away once you open it and af

Room was good size. No coffer maker which would be nice as the staff could not keep up with keeping coffee made in the morning or throughout the day. The bathroom floor looked like it was never clean. Staff was nice enough. Breakfast was nothing special. Honestly the best thing about the hotel was the shuttle service. They will take you about 10 miles out, they were always available, and when we called to be picked up they were always there quickly. The pool was nice, the timer on the hot tub sometimes worked sometimes didn't worked, didn't test out the sauna.
