Dominic at the front desk is amazing. He is very helpful and informative. The maintenance man is very friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. Alicia and Alice at the front desk are sweet individuals and the receptionist with the Jamaican accents allows have me laughing at night. When I am able to get housekeeping. My room is spotless to perfection. The only request I would say is to have better breakfast in the am for the amount of money we pay weekly on rates and more housekeeping. Once a month isn't cool when I'm paying $2300 a month to stay here

My husband and I stayed here on August 4th based on a recommendation from the American Cancer Society due to its proximity to the hospital for his surgery. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing and even hazardous to my health.||||From the moment we arrived, the hotel gave off an unsettling vibe. There were several people lingering around the entrance, which made us feel uneasy. While the accommodations weren’t what we’re used to, we were initially willing to stay because of the location.||||However, after sleeping the first night, I woke up with a severe rash all over my body — something I’ve never experienced before. Positive: location allowed walking to Riverwalk and San Marco main area Negative: at first we were concerned about safety... as a nearby business was closed and had a mattress outside. there were many single moms and construction workers staying here. the early morning trucks starting up to leave. did not have a hairdryer to borrow

This place was a life saver when I needed temporary housing for an extended number of weeks. The staff is very knowledgeable and really takes care of you. I feel like the longer I stay I'm getting to know all of them as friends. Aly, in particular who checked me in and I see often, is so friendly and just does a great job handling anything I ever need. The rooms are plenty of space and my room was in great shape when I arrived. The location of this one in downtown is fantastic, with endless entertainment and dining options within walking distance. Overall just really happy this place is here. Wifi also works great as i work from my room daily with no issues.

Tosha the manager is amazing. Very friendly and professional. The staff is great as well. If i ever need to stay at ESA, it would definitely be this one. Great area. Tosha is the primary reason though, she's awesome. Hotel is very clean and quiet.
