Extended Stay America Suites- Buffalo - Amherst

Not very helpful. There were no toiletries in the washroom. There was hair in the bathtub. The walls are very thin, you can here the other guest in the other rooms. There were alot of guest slamming the doors during the night. The breakfast was oatmeal. Scrappy breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Cheap management.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. First off I stayed here for a month and two weeks. I decided to check out and check into another hotel. Staff called me to confirm I left everything was okay. My boyfriend was in town for work we rented two room. Lori the supposed manager is completely unprofessional and you can tell she’s never held any high position in her life it shows. I went to the front desk to get a key for my room. She started getting very rude with me insisting I stay longer than I did. When I told her I had prof i check into a hotel 30 mins away on that same day she then told me I could not stay there after $1500 was paid for two room. I packed up and left the next day she entered my boyfriend’s room without consent or even telling him. Over all this place is a dump they

I haven't been here in months but last time I was the service is amazing! There might be new workers but Stephanie had to be my favorite she is so nice and such a hard worker! My mom convinced the manager to give her a raise xD. She gave me a lot of advice when i was feeling down. I will also write a review on the La Quinta across from this hotel. Make sure to check it out!

Lori, Suzan, Stephanie and James are the best… they are so kind, respectful and helpful… I lived here for 2 months and it felt like home… my girls love them and so do my husband and I…and from what I’ve seen everyone else in the hotel loves and appreciates them as well… they made my stressful two months stress free and I’m uber grateful the them all for being such wonderful people. Thank u guys
