Extended Stay America Suites- Boston - Marlborough

first time here and I had an excellent check-in experience – it was incredibly fast and smooth, making my arrival stress-free. What truly stood out to me was the staff's friendliness and efficiency. Additionally, I was thrilled that they allowed my dog to stay with me, which made my trip so much more enjoyable. It's great to see a place that values both quick service and pet-friendly accommodations. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for convenience and a welcoming environment for their furry friend!

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. Stay far, far away from this place. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived at the hotel at 3 AM with a small child. At the front desk was a young man who was clearly high and completely out of it. He spent 30 minutes staring at the screen, unable to find my reservation, even after I showed him the confirmation number and proof of payment. My child was literally falling asleep on the lobby floor at 3:30 in the morning. I finally told him, “Just give us a room so I can put my child to sleep, and we’ll sort out the reservation after.” He handed me a key to room 123 and came to “show” us the way. I have lived here for 9 months now and the experience has been great for the most part circumcumstantially. The staff are awesome for the most part. I specifically enjoy interacting with some of the employees that work here. Curell is always great for a chat about video games or some insight about the goings on of the day. Grazie gives the genuine feeling of hospitality as if you just bumped into your favorite aunt and shes asking you to join her for a cup of coffee. Heather with her ways of the night owl will always be available if you need her for a quick joke and absolutely great knowledge of the buisness and is spectacular in executing her dutys, usually before you even finish asking for what you need. Outstanding Customer Service – Yes the rooms are clean& well maintained, the hotel is conveniently located, and the price is great but the customer service and assistance from the front desk employees is what truly prompted me to leave this review. I have been staying here for almost a month now and every interaction I have had with staff has been a positive experience. The entire team is consistently very kind and helpful, but I have to give a really big shout out to Lotacha and Lyndsi at the front desk. They really deserve some credit and acknowledgment! It was nice quiet and clean! The room was appropriately close to where I parked at so I had a visual of my vehicle! The new front desk workers were very respectful and very helpful!
