Courtyard by Marriott Boston Marlborough

The staff was very nice. We were here for a hockey tournament nearby and was recommended by our teammates. So I booked it for my son I. When booking I searched for the lowest rate as I know. We. We're going to be in the room much since he'll be hanging out with his friends. It's says a hot bresjafsts buffet was included. Which was great since his game wasnt until 12. So he could have breakfast and sleep in. I spent extra. probably another $30 for wifi and breakfast included. But that morning the staff said it wasn't. So I had to spend a other 40 on breakfast. Very misleading. I did search on multiple sites and they all had an up charge for the breakfast. So they can't say it was on certain sites. I also just read another reviewer about a month ago and they said the breakfast buffet was ama

My stay was terrific! I attended An all-day conference & decided to stay overnight following the programs. I would definitely stay again: Excellent service, friendly staff. Very clean room. Attractive gathering spaces. Easy/plenty of free parking. Convenient location. AAA discount & an already great rate made this a very economical option but it felt like a much more expensive hotel! I didn’t use either feature, but the site offers a pool & fitness area as well. Definitely recommend to others & will return and stay again!

I've stayed here multiple times for work and it has always been great, but definitely the best part is the service. Amanda that staffs the staburcks/breakfast is the best in the entire hotel, always serviceable, happy and joyful! Shr made every morning great! The rooms and the gym need some maintenance work, but overall a good experience!

We stay at the Marriott courtyard frequently and Amanda who works at the breakfast cafe has gone above and beyond to make our stay an extraordinary experience. The first day we stayed, my husband came back upstairs from breakfast raving about how great she is. I have interacted with her multiple times now and she has been a breath of fresh air each time. Always very pleasant, helpful, and excellent customer service. She’s always greats our family with a smile and interacts with my daughter who can be very shy. Best employee at the hotel hands down. She’s the reason we come back so often!

Edit: was in the Bistro (aka, dining area) after 7pm this evening and a group of kids was running abd playing through the lobby and bistro area. They were throwing footballs, running with their hockey sticks etc. I went to the front desk and asked Fallon to address the issue and her flippant response was “well, they are kids”. I let her know that it was totally inappropriate for the location and that when they hurt someone I hoped the hotel, the parents and she herself faced lawsuits. She eventually told the parents that I was a complainer and that she would set the kids up in the game room to play. They continued to run back and forth, and Fallon attempted to placate me with a free dinner; which I declined. I have a handicapped, senior mother traveling with me, She could easily be injured
