I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Residences at Solomon Pond! From the moment I moved in, everything has felt welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. The community is quiet, safe, and beautifully kept, which makes it such a comfortable place to come home to every day. One of the best parts is how dog-friendly it is. I live here with my dog, and we both love it! There’s plenty of space to walk, and the atmosphere is perfect for pet owners. It truly feels like a community that understands and supports residents with pets. The staff and maintenance team have also been fantastic—responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Any questions or requests are handled quickly, which really shows how much they care about their residents. I’m so happy to call Residences at Solomon Pond home and

We were traveling so the hotel was at a good stopping point and a short drive to Hudson where there was a good restaurant (Wellys). The hotel is more for longer stays and did not offer many amenities but it was ok for us. They had coffee in the room and a Starbucks machine in the lobby where you could make hot or cold coffee as well as chai in the lobby for $2. You could buy snacks from a snack closet during office hours but there wasn’t a lot of variety - especially breakfast type foods. The room is essentially a hotel room that has a nicely appointed kitchen on one wall, a queen bed, small couch and dining table and a lot of storage. The mattress was not particularly comfortable. The room was clean although workmanship in the bathroom is shoddy and water pressure is low. The ligh

Can’t stay enough about this place. It’s my second long-term stay here. It’s kind of a community, with the regulars all socializing for Christmas or the Super Bowl. Beverly seems to go out of her way to make sure you’ve got what you need. Never had a problem, Never felt unsafe. Sissies a really good guy who gets on the problems right away. Kim and Emily are new, but both seem professional but Kind and happy as well. The location is awesome, right next to a target, within walking distance, walking distance of the Olive Garden, oh I’m a little disappointed that the Solomon Pond mall seems to be closing. Still great location, out of the way, No power loss no matter how much it snows, very cozy and nice.

I was going to leave it but Mitch wrote a review after our stay so I’ll be transparent in ours as well. We stayed there this year for thanksgiving while visiting family because it was cheap. The rooms online look spacious but they are very small, the tv is the size of a microwave. The “mike and the boys” type are always chilling in the lobby watching tv with the host. It’s unprofessional. We stayed for 5 days and will pay extra going forward to have some fresh towels. As the rest of the reviews tell you, keep looking

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. REEKED. Slept with the window wide open even though it was 40 degrees outside (it didn't help). Thankfully we don't have asthma etc. Our hair and clothes smelled like cigarettes by the AM. The carpet was disgusting. (We would've requested another room but were in a hurry to get to an event upon check in. Tbh I don't think it would've mattered- the entire place smelled like stale cigarettes.) The front desk person was welcoming. Its long term transitional living- shouldn't be sold as hotel use.
